Measuring correctly insures a proper fit!!!!
Having a friend or coach to do the measurement’s because it’s the most accurate way. Wearing booty shorts and none padded bra will help reduce errors. Stand straight up with legs slightly apart. The measurement tape should be a little tight if you’re not at your competition weight. For the best results you shouldn’t be more than 10Ib from your competition weight, or already know your correct measurements
